Our specialty steamed fruit & nut pastries and oatmeal cookies are a delicious treat for dessert or a snack. You would never guess they have 0% fat or that in all the world, you will only find them in our store. Need a boost of energy? Our power ball is sweeter than a candy bar and has everything you need: peanut butter, honey, bran, soy protein, oatmeal, chocolate chips and raisins at about 100 calories each.
